We cook, grind, and prepare our masa in house using only 100% premium white corn. All of our sauces are made from scratch using our family recipes since the 60's. Lastly, we only use the highest quality meats that we slow cook and hand shred to make the best quality tamales.

About Us

In the suburbs of Guadalajara there is a vivacious little town named Tlaquepaque, famed for its foods, crafts and Mariachis. The Tlaquepaque Restaurant adopted its name from there because the City of Placentia and The City of Tlaquepaque had a sister city exchange at the time.

We, at Tlaquepaque Restaurant, take pride in recreating that same festive atmosphere with our authentic cuisine and our colorful murals depicting our heritage.
